Bullying, Hazing, and Harassment & Title IX Sexual Harassment

Bullying, Hazing, and Harassment are taken seriously in the schools of Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union. Complaints of suspected bullying, hazing, and harassment should be reported to the Designated Employees at each school, who will investigate such complaints. Complaints of suspected Title IX Sexual Harassment should be reported to the District Title IX Coordinator, who will investigate such complaints. Reporting Bullying/Hazing/Harassment or Title IX Sexual Harassment

A Designated Employee (DE) is a person at a specific school site who is responsible for conducting any investigation regarding an incident of Bullying, Hazing, or Harassment or Title IX Sexual Harassment. All students, parents/ guardians, school community members are encouraged to report incidents of misconduct or student harassment to a Designated Employee at your school/building however they can also report any incident to any trusted adult or through the form below. Any school employee who sees or hears, or receives a report, either written or oral, of student harassment, must immediately inform a Designated Employee.
